PCA Potomac, the Founders' Region, 2024 "Rock The Summit" Club Race

PCA Club Racing is a national wheel-to-wheel race series for members who want to take their high-performance driving to the next level. There are 25-30 Club Races at different tracks around the U.S. and Canada each year. Our region's Club Race event is held annually in the fall at Summit Point Motorsports Park in Summit Point, West Virginia. The Potomac Region is the birthplace of the PCA Club Racing program and home to the oldest continuously held PCA Club Race event in North America. The guiding principles are that there is a racing class for all Porsche sports cars, and the racing should be fun, safe, and clean.
Please join us for our 2024 PCA Club Race, scheduled for September 13-15, 2024, at Summit Point Motorsports Park's Main Circuit in Summit Point, West Virginia.
Whether you are a racer, volunteer or guest, we hope you choose to be a part of the thriving Potomac Summit Point Club Racing tradition.
Racers: On-line registration will open at 9:00 PM on July 29th and we will post the link to racer registration HERE when available. We will welcome racers and crew to the track beginning on Thursday evening, September 12th; registration and check-in at the track will open at 6:00 PM. Three days of exciting racing ensues on the 15th as follows:
- Friday: Practice and Qualifying
- Saturday: Two Sprint Races for all groups
- Sunday: A Third Sprint (Vintage Group) and 90 Minute Enduros (All Others)
Volunteers: Our Club Race runs on volunteers! Become a part of the fun by spending the weekend with us. Both skilled and unskilled positions are available in all aspects of the program. Limited space available. See ad in the July issue of der Vorganger and the weekly eBlast for volunteer positions and registration information. At Track Hospitality/Social: Our Welcome Tent staff greets all arriving Racers, Crew, Sponsors, and Volunteers. Thanks to generous contributions from our Sponsors, all Racers and Volunteers get a gift bag with this year's custom PCA Potomac Club Race Swag.
Lodging: Lodging and dining accommodations are available in nearby Winchester, Virginia, or Charles Town, West Virginia. Overnight stays are also permitted at the race track.
